Customer safety is our top priority and the following information is for the safety of junior swimmers. All customers must sign in at reception. Anyone under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

If you are unsure on the correct ratio before you visit please contact reception on 01608 812163.

Aged 8 - 15 years: Must be added to our system with a contact number for a parent or guardian.

Aged 4 - 7 years: One adult may accompany up to two children*.

Under 4 years: Shall be accompanied by an adult on a 1:1 basis.

Special conditions please check with reception before arrival.

Adult = an individual aged over 16 years who is a competent swimmer.​

*Children who are stage 5 or above in our own swimming lessons would not count towards the ratio but would still require parental supervision.
